So today I was procrastinating with extreme success and came across this show 'Empresses in the Palace' on Netflix (Shout out to Margie for letting this penny pinching free loader (me) use her Netflix). Holy flying insults, it is amazing. Never have I seen such a crossfire of extreme hatred between women disguised with such a beautiful eloquence of flavorful compliments.
It was the disdain in their tone and their eyes that spoke their mind truly. The actresses are incredible. They have truly mastered the art of subtle facial expressions, gestures and body language that speaks so much more loudly than their words. It's like if someone said to you, "You are immeasurably beautiful beyond compare and most truly loved by all." while their eyes are saying "Everyone hates and despises you to the inner core of your soul you half witted dirty donkey's asshole." I mean, THAT is talent that I have never seen before.
As a fair warning, each episode is about an hour and a half long. So maybe make it a weekly movie night thing, or just accept that you are going to donate a small portion of your life and will in turn be repaid with the most entertaining sight of the most brilliant butterflies of bantering you have ever witnessed. You're welcome.
UPDATE: I also want to mention that the series is in Chinese therefore it includes English subtitles. Don't be lazy people, it's worth learning to read.

The Beginning of the Best Worst Thing You Have Ever Read.
Many times I share my thoughts (on movies, television shows, hotels and restaurants, etc.) to those that wish I were mute. Other times, there are those that praise me for my way with words. Therefore, I decided that I would have a place to write my thoughts, so that those who wish to read them can willingly do so by their own accord and so that those who think I resemble a horse's arse can receive my gift of silence to them. With that, I shall introduce to you, my disclaimer:
You are reading this out of your own accord. What I say is my own opinion, which I highly suggest you accept as fact. Naturally, this should all be taken with a grain of salt. I am a huge fan of sarcasm; If you are not a huge fan of sarcasm, I suggest you close this browser and instead visit Sesame Street. Stay clear of Oscar the Grouch, he may hurt your feelings.
This is not to say that all my entries will be negative. To the contrary, I am very intent to offer the good as well as the bad. I do love feedback and hope that you will unleash your inner troll so that I can ignore it profusely. Thank you and have a good day.
